1. Minecraft use
Use the service to run lawful Minecraft servers and closely related tools approved in the panel. Respect Mojang and Microsoft rules, software licences, plugin licences, and the rights of other players and creators.
2. Absolutely prohibited
- Cryptocurrency mining, proof-of-work, or unrelated high-load computation.
- Botnets, malware, credential theft, phishing, command-and-control, or unauthorized remote access.
- Denial-of-service activity, port scanning, traffic amplification, attacks, or attempts to disrupt another system.
- Illegal content, child sexual abuse material, credible threats, or material that infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Open proxies, VPN resale, public file mirrors, mass messaging, or services unrelated to the purchased Minecraft plan.
- Trying to escape containers, access another customer, exploit the panel, conceal resource use, or bypass any limit.
3. Resource fairness
Do not intentionally create lag machines, uncontrolled world generation, excessive entities, fork bombs, or workloads that continuously saturate CPU, disk, network, or memory. ChunkLoom may automatically limit processes and may ask you to change a configuration that harms other customers.
4. Free-plan abuse controls
Free access requires a verified email, manual approval, and a legitimate Minecraft use case. We apply signup and request rate limits, one free account per person or household, idle stopping where reliable, fixed storage and CPU limits, blocked outbound abuse patterns, and periodic inactivity review. Disposable email addresses, duplicate identities, resale, and automated registrations are prohibited.
5. Enforcement and reports
We may throttle, isolate, suspend, or terminate a service based on severity and urgency. Immediate action is permitted to protect people, the node, or the wider internet. False-positive appeals and abuse reports can be submitted through Support. Include timestamps and relevant server addresses without sending passwords or card details.
